A credit or debit card is required to complete all scheduling requests.
Cancellations must be made a FULL 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment day and time. A $20 Fee will be charged for all cancellations AND reschedules that occur less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
If you no call/no show for your scheduled appointment you will be charged the full amount due for the service, or your certificate/voucher will be redeemed in full for the service scheduled.
This policy is in place out of respect for our therapists and our clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.

We do not offer any refunds for products, packages, gift certificates, or prepaid services. All completed sales are final. This includes prepaid Sybaris and hotel Couple's massage purchases. Full price office sessions that have been scheduled , but NOT prepaid for in advance, that are rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours or more prior to the appointment time will not be charged. Your card will be refunded any amount pending.
