A deposit of $10 per person scheduled, is required for all scheduled appointments.
Tranquil Escapes has a 24 hour cancellation / rescheduling policy.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a fee of $10 per person scheduled.
If you no call/no show for your scheduled appointment you will be charged the full amount due for the service, or your certificate/voucher will be redeemed in full for the service scheduled.
This policy is in place out of respect for our therapists and our clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.

Customers may receive a refund, minus a 3% return fee, for purchases made online up to 24 hours after original sale. Should customer decide past the amount of 24 hours that they would no longer like to have what has been purchased, they may apply the amount paid as credit towards another service.
